Revisiting French Onion



Today is a Monday - so no further explanation is needed!

The weather is chilling down here and it is the perfect reason, as if a reason is ever needed, to make.this.soup!

    I love soup, but I'd have to make this one "vegetarian," but I agree, the weather has become perfect for it.

    I have never made French Onion soup, but it is my husband's favorite soup. I'll have to try it and I have the perfect bowls to use.

    It is cooling down in PA too.
