For the pork, I cheat and use a packet of clubhouse seasoning and just follow the directions on that. For the beef, I just use a can of manwich. Either way, just put the meat in the crockpot, pour on the sauce, and wait for the meat to start falling apart. Frozen is fine. Throw all this in a crockpot. Let it cook all day. The chicken will thaw and cook, and eventually become shreddable. <br /><br />Cook a separate pot of pasta when its close to the time to eat. Then ladle the sauce with chicken onto the pasta.
