This photo is of what must have been a seed that strayed from the lettuce bed and germinated in the lawn!
This was just one harvesting; it looked so nice arranged in the colander ;)
And another harvest picture.
And this is my handy Basil harvest holder...the cup holder on the Babe's stroller :) We just recently got the Basil in the garden, but it already had some leaves that needed plucked.

That really is a pretty display of the lettuces. I think lettuce is such a pretty plant with all its variations of colors and textures. I tend to grow blends as a result so I can see all that variety both in the garden and in my salad bowl.
Enjoy those salads!
Lovely variety of lettuce you harvested!
That is a LOT of salad! I think I'd let that lettuce grow in my lawn, it looks so pretty! I just love seeing different colors of lettuce! I like the pot you used for the second lettuce picture :)
beautiful lettuce harvest! those cup holders are so handy ; )
The lettuce looks great in the colander like that. Would make a good picture for the kitchen.
Almost too pretty to eat.
Wow, great harvest! It does look so pretty in the colander!

This week seems to be lettuce week. Everyone has so much. Yours is beautiful.
I agree, lettuce bouquets are quite beautiful!
What beautiful lettuce....and to have it growing in your yard!!!

Your lettuce is so pretty. Is it spotted? What type are you growing?
I wish I had all of that lettuce at the moment!
