Yum! Those look tasty. We have been so dry that our small garden isn't doing too well. We have had a few cucumbers, but not one tomato yet. I'm not much of a canner, but we do enjoy the fresh produce. My grandma made the best pickles. I miss that!
I've been avoiding pickling because I'm only adding one new skill a year and 2012 is for canning...but those look so yummy and inspiring that maybe we can try fridge pickles this year too! Probably depends on whether I get enough cukes...
I'm growing pickling cucumbers too, but I like them too much and I always eat them all raw! Heirloom Parisian Pickling looks like an interesting variety, thank you for the pictures.

Delicious looking!! Home grown and canned can't be beat!
Mmmm...those look delicious! Me and my garden gave up the dream. The extreme heat has burned everything around here.
How wonderful to be able to have pickles that you grew and canned yourself! Hope they taste as yummy as they look!
I just picked my first cucumber. I can't wait to start pickling!
