Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies were pretty good...this coming from someone who is not a chocolate fanatic! Give them a try! Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Slightly adapted from a Tasty Kitchen Recipe

  • 1/2 C All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 C Whole Wheat Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

  • 1/2 C Cocoa Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 C Unsalted Butter

  • 4 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

  • 1.5 C Sugar

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 4 oz. Peanut Butter Chips

Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Combine flour, soda, cocoa & salt in one bowl and set aside

Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a double boiler

Combine sugar, vanilla and eggs in your mixer, then add the melted chocolate/butter mix once it is completely melted and mixed together

Add your flour mix to your wet mix slowly -- try not to overmix. Then fold in your PB chips.

Spoon onto a non-stick baking sheet or a baking sheet lined with parchment. Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 15-17 minutes...don't overbake! My oven took 17 minutes on the dot...your oven will vary but check them around 15 minutes.

Hello Allison

My that little man is looking gorgeous! He is going to just love growing up on your farm. My boy really wants to live on a farm. How are you finding motherhood? Another sphere all together hey. I am sure you are loving it~

Have a great day
Lots of love

Allison , I would love to swap seeds with you~ I am always on the look out for seeds of all kinds. I even have my pilot friend who often goes to Italy and France to send me any pip or seed he finds at those gorgeous markets. Let me know if you desire any African species?? I am looking for veg, fruit and my sought after is a 'Lilac flower' seed. I have never seen one and would love to plant a shrub, tree, creeper...I don't even know how it grows.

Let me know if you would like
